	Reminder of Mandatory Attendance All delegates for whom the Sorority incurs any expenses (Chapter Presidents, College Chapter Directors, Regional Collegiate Coordinators, Area Alumnae Directors, Area Development Chairmen, National Committee Chairmen) are reminded that attendance at Convention is MANDATORY from Saturday morning, June 28 at 8:00 a.m. through the close of the business meeting on Monday afternoon, June 30. If you are departing after the business meeting, we recommend departures late on Monday afternoon. For those delegates staying for the closing banquet, departures can be anytime on Tuesday, July 1. All delegates for whom Delta Zeta Sorority incurred any hotel or travel expense will be required to reimburse the Sorority should they arrive later than the above timeline or depart earlier. The National Council is making an exception for both the Opening Celebration and Closing Banquets for any delegates needing that time to travel due to job, family or personal commitments. IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER YOUR CHAPTER MUST BE CLEARED BEFORE COMING TO CONVENTION IN ORDER FOR THE DELEGATE TO RECEIVE VOTING CREDENTIALS. THERE WILL BE NO CLEARANCE GRANTED AT CONVENTION. CREDENTIALED DELEGATES SIT TOGETHER WITH THEIR REGIONS OR AREA DURING ALL BUSINESS MEETINGS. THOSE NOT HOLDING CREDENTIAL CARDS WILL SIT IN THE VISITOR SECTION.

Business Sessions

Please remember that food and gum are
not allowed in any business session.

There are to be no electronic devices in the
business sessions (cell phones, PDA, pager, etc.).

Password and handshake are required for admittance.

Initiation

You will have the opportunity to experience the
meaning and celebration of our beautiful ritual.

Please make sure to wear an all-white dress and shoes.

Pants and shorts are not allowed.

No jewelry is permitted except badges
and engagement/wedding rings.

Hose are required.

Meals

Some meal events will have seating arrangements.

Vegetarian meals will be available for those attendees
who mark the registration form accordingly.
Meal changes at meal time will not be permitted.

Only reservations for meal functions (no room accommodations)
will be taken from April 10 – June 1, 2008.

Resort Accommodations

Attendees will be housed in
double-occupancy rooms with two queen beds.

A roommate will be assigned to anyone who does not
indicate a roommate request on the registration form.

Single rooms are available at an additional cost and
must be indicated on the registration form.

Delta Zeta National Headquarters will make all resort
reservations for Convention attendees.
